We accept book returns only in the case of damage.

If you receive a damaged book, you must inform us within three (3) days of delivery. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.

To be eligible for a return or refund:

• The damage must be reported within three days of delivery.
• Proof of damage (such as clear photographs or an unboxing video) may be required.
• The book must be unused and in its original condition, except for the reported damage.

Once the damage is verified, we will arrange for a replacement or initiate a refund, as applicable.

Returns for reasons other than damage (such as change of mind or ordering error) are not accepted.
